The General Staff has strongly condemned the actions of diplomats from the Kuwaiti Embassy in Ankara who beat a Turkish pilot on Wednesday.
Four Kuwaiti diplomats riding in a wehicle with diplomatic plates got out while in traffic and removed Lt. Col. Hakan Karakuş, an F-16 pilot working with NATO from his car and beat him in front of his wife.
