PRESIDENCY OF THE ASSEMBLY OF TURKISH CONFECTION AND APPAREL INDUSTRY IN TOBB
It was resolved by Turkey Association of Chambers and Markets, the most effective organization in Turkish business world with 364 members and chambers and markets all around the country, and more than 12 hundred thousand registered companies that Industrial Embassies serving in 52 different industries shall be founded. Thanks to cooperative contributions of the public and private industry representatives, the target of the Industrial Embassies had been determined to be creating new industrial movements under name of TOBB.The TOBB Confection and Apparel Industry Assembly constituted by the industrial actors and businessmen representing the Turkish apparel and confection industry elected Umut Oran as the President unanimously in the elections held on the date of July 17th, 2006.
